Hampshire Cultural Trust is recruiting a new Development Manager to continue the growth and diversification of fundraised income at the charity. Applications close at:

Hybrid/Winchester - one to two days a week in the office. The Trust offers vital support to a diverse selection of 32 visitor attractions, museums, art galleries, and arts centres, providing a huge variety of workshops, classes, events, and projects for people of all ages and backgrounds across communities. We place particular emphasis on reaching vulnerable or disadvantaged people who would not normally be able to access arts and culture. In addition, we care for 2.5 million objects related to Hampshire's rich and internationally important cultural heritage, unlocking their secrets through research and safeguarding them for future generations. Job Requirements

We are searching for a proactive and methodical fundraiser who uses a data-driven and strategic approach to win and keep donors. Candidates who are creative and imaginative and enjoy co-creating impactful projects will be looked upon favourably. We are looking for candidates who have the experience and confidence to suggest and implement improvements across the development team as they look to enhance performance and increase success. Candidates do not have to come from a heritage, culture or arts background; a passion and understanding of the impact and cause will be advantageous. Job Responsibilities

Working closely with the Director of Development, you'll play a crucial role in the development team and the charity. In this role, you'll manage fundraising across income streams and collaborate with colleagues to meet the Trust's growing income targets and fulfil its organisational goals. You'll work cross-organisationally to co-create projects to unlock funding opportunities. Amongst more general fundraising, this role will focus on the research, acquisition and stewardship of trusts, grants and foundations funding to grow new and existing supporter and partnership growth. Your time will be divided across income streams in the following way:
