We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Periodontist to join our dental practice in Brentwood, United Kingdom. As a vital member of our team, you will provide specialised periodontal care to our patients, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum diseases. Conduct comprehensive periodontal examinations and develop tailored treatment plans Perform a wide range of periodontal procedures, including scaling and root planing, periodontal surgery, and dental implant placement Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of periodontal health Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay abreast of the latest advancements in periodontal treatments and technologies Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering excellent team dynamics Participate in practice development initiatives and patient education programmes Qualifications

Specialist qualification in Periodontology or extensive experience as a dentist with a special interest in Periodontics Valid registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) Proven experience in delivering high-quality periodontal treatments In-depth knowledge of preventative dental health and gum disease management Strong diagnostic skills and ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures to patients in a clear and empathetic manner Commitment to continuing professional development and staying current with the latest periodontal techniques Ability to work effectively with dental nurses and other members of the dental team Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care Proficiency in using dental practice management software and digital imaging technologies Additional Information
