Our operating theatres are recruiting for full / part time Band 2 experienced perioperative care support workers. Our specialties include Ophthalmology, General Surgery, ENT, Gynecology, Urology, Maxilla-facial, elective Orthopedics, Acutes & trauma, Obstetrics, and Post Anaesthetic Care Unit. To undertake a range of duties including clerical and patient care activities under the direct supervision of a Registered Practitioner ODP, Nurse, or a Senior Perioperative Care Assistant. Theatre Support staff will assist the Registered Practitioners to deliver patient care and prepare the environment in which care is delivered. In pursuing these duties, the post holder will ensure compliance with the NHS Constitution and be familiar with the NHS England Guidance 'Understanding the new NHS'. About Us
