Peripatetic Bank Registered Nurse

to join our Regional Bank team where you will work across a number of our Care Homes within a specified region. If you have a passion for enhancing the quality of life, then working for us within our nursing homes will be the right role for you. Key Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitoring patient vital signs and responding promptly to changes in condition. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care. Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality. Adhering to established nursing standards and policies. Qualifications and Requirements: Valid and current Registered Nurse license/NMC Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compassionate nature and a commitment to providing patient-centred care. Able to drive, hold a full licence and have access to a car.
