You will then be required to support at our other locations from time to time within the region: Uckfield, Shoreham on Sea, Henfield, and Wadhurst. Mileage will be paid from your base home. To join us as a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Previous experience in a nursing home setting is essential, along with evidence of continual professional development. Experience in assisting residents with different health needs is important as well, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. You should be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
