As a Peripatetic Manager, you will assume responsibility for care homes that temporarily have no Manager and provide operational support for senior management, including the Regional Director and Home Manager. Are you our next Peripatetic Manager? Here’s more about the role: Support your residents and colleagues while enriching lives. Provide personalized care in line with individual care plans. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and registration requirements. Manage budgets and ensure economic viability. Build relationships with the local community. Support recruitment, performance, and development of quality staff. Be kind and supportive to our residents, their families, and colleagues. You’ll need previous management experience in a residential and nursing setting from a minimum of two different care homes, along with strong operational management experience. A valid NMC PIN is required. A current driving licence and the ability to travel extensively is necessary.
