Are you a dynamic and experienced manager with a passion for improving care standards? My client is currently seeking a Turnaround/Peripatetic Manager to join a well-established organisation with a commitment to providing high-quality care to residents in nursing homes across Kent.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in Nursing Home Management:

Proven experience in managing nursing homes and maintaining or improving Care Quality Commission (CQC) ratings. Turnaround Expertise:

A track record of successfully turning around underperforming homes or maintaining excellent CQC reports. Flexibility:

Must be willing to travel extensively across the Kent region, including overnight stays when required. Peripatetic Management:

Experience in peripatetic or multi-site management is highly desirable, though not essential. Nursing Qualification:

While a nursing qualification is not essential, it is a desirable bonus for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management support to nursing homes across Kent, focusing on operational excellence and quality of care. Drive improvements in CQC ratings, managing and resolving any areas of concern within homes. Work closely with staff, residents, and their families to ensure a person-centred approach to care. Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development to maintain high standards of practice. Manage budgets, resources, and performance targets to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
