An independent practice owned by an ‘Employment Ownership Trust’, ensuring optimum work satisfaction and team camaraderie. It has a diverse caseload ranging from pleasure horses to high-level competition horses. Facilities : Fully equipped with top-quality equipment and on-site facilities available for case workup. Surgical facilities are located at another site, within an acceptable driving distance for most clients. Out-of-hours emergencies are covered by Equicall, ensuring a good work-life balance. Role : Our client is seeking an experienced veterinary surgeon to join their team at a rapidly growing practice in the scenic countryside of East Kent, 20 minutes from Canterbury. Candidate:

Looking for a skilled and compassionate professional to join their friendly and supportive team, contributing to the well-being of their equine community. The role will be ambulatory, requiring a full driver's licence. A large team of vets and nurses will support you. Hours : Full-time position for an equine-only vet. Full shift and rota details will be discussed in the interview. Skills/Experience: MRCVS or the ability to acquire it. Equine Focus:

Strong background and genuine passion for equine medicine and/or surgery/orthopaedics. Experience:

Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in equine veterinary practice. Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage clients effectively. Team Player:

Collaborative attitude and ability to work seamlessly within a team environment. Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions in challenging situations. Salary:
