Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Director who holds a wealth of Construction knowledge in refurbishment and new build construction.
Qualifications/Experience
Relevant qualification in Project Management or Construction Management Member of the Chartered Institute - Not essential but a bonus An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques Experience working on refurbishment and new build projects at a large scale Working with QS and the contracts team/Managing the contracts team and sub-contractors Liaising with clients Monitoring and reporting on project progress Managing risks Coordinating and managing the client, contractors and designers If you are interested please call Laura on (phone number removed) or apply online.
