The Creative Production Director will be responsible for the running of a large number of projects and activations. The ideal candidate will possess creative flair, effective team management skills, a creative yet commercial mindset, and the ability to spot logistical issues and provide solutions. Luxury retail brands Beauty brands Subscription services Luxury hospitality Day to Day Responsibilities:
Lead on day-to-day management of direct reporting junior staff within the team, being accountable for their performance and providing them with learning and development opportunities. Collaborate with various client teams, including senior level clients and directors. Manage suppliers who need specialist and experienced knowledge integral to activation success such as set build, lighting, tech, stylists, etc. Key Responsibilities:
Leading and producing large-scale projects and activations. Inspiring the team to ensure projects are delivered successfully on time. Managing the team’s workload. Project workflow management (CRM/Asana/Timesheets). Management of all suppliers, including cost negotiations. Involved with resourcing. Requirements:
10 years minimum experience working within an event or experiential agency. Experience in delivering integrated campaigns involving events, knowledge of the whole production process and the ability to interpret a brand and develop creative concepts.
