Our ever-busy, growing nursery has a vacancy for an Early Years Practitioner. The position requires a minimum level 3 qualification in childcare and education. A certificate in paediatric first aid and food hygiene and the 0-1 baby unit element would be desirable.
Hours: 32.5 hrs per week. Shift Pattern with hours between 6 and 9 per day.
Contract Term: 52 week contract (4 week statutory closures including BH & additional holiday allowance).
This role requires a reasonable level of flexibility and may be subject to change, as and when the business need arises.
The role includes working within the ethos of the Learning In Harmony Trust and providing a stimulating environment, where children and families feel valued. To ensure the wellbeing of all young children and support their access to learning (including those with additional needs) and meet the individual children's needs through play and learning opportunities and general care.
