Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Construction - Farnborough

£28k-£40k per annum (DOE) OTE £60K-£80K first year, set to increase after one year of billing.

Our Farnborough manager is deeply committed to nurturing talent, transforming each consultant that has joined us into a success story. With this personalised, one-on-one training, it is a great opportunity for an experienced permanent consultant to take a step up and join Daniel Owen with aspirations to progress onto a managerial role in the future.

Your impact/duties as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant:

Client Relationships: Identify and develop existing and new client relationships, both over the phone and face-to-face. Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience. 360 Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process from negotiating terms to interviews to offer stages. Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations.

The Ideal Candidate for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant: Proven Professional: A strong understanding of the permanent recruitment process is desirable for this role. Motivator and Ambitious: Inspire others and aspire to progress to a managerial role. Excellent Communicator: Possess brilliant communication skills face-to-face and via email. Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot with changing priorities. Decision-Maker: Not afraid to take the initiative.
