Role : Our client is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their dedicated team of nurses. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse range of cases, from routine health checks to emergency interventions. Engage in nurse-led procedures and support veterinarians in complex cases, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Participate actively in the learning and development of new skills and techniques, contributing to the continuous improvement of their clinical services. Assist in managing the clinic's day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and a high standard of patient care. Hours : Flexible scheduling options, including part-time roles, to help maintain a healthy work-life balance. Full-time would involve 40 hours per week over 4 days with 2:9 Saturdays (day shifts). Support : A supportive team structure that promotes the well-being of all staff members. Continuous professional development opportunities to ensure you remain at the forefront of veterinary nursing. Candidate: Qualified and Registered Veterinary Nurse Experience in Critical Care is highly desirable, but a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of empathising with pet owners and effectively collaborating with team members. Proactive and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and responsibilities within a veterinary setting. Salary : A competitive salary ranging from

£27,000 to £32,000

p/a based on experience and qualifications. 6 weeks of holiday per year. 52 weeks of sickness benefit. RCVS & VDS fees covered. Opportunities for part-work to accommodate work-life balance.
