Newcastle College Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Resource Coordinator/Manager in ensuring the effective running of workshops and Real-World Environments (RWE). Managing resources, external hires, stock control, health and safety, maintenance, and procurement. Independently supervise student learning in workshops, RWE areas, or other learning situations. Ensuring students comply with Health and Safety regulations, including conducting risk assessments, is a key part of this role. Delivering high-quality technical support and undertaking a full range of associated administration. Skills & Experience: Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in a performing arts or educational environment is highly desirable.
