Group practice - They pride themselves on their long-established practice, interesting and varied caseload, and very pleasant clients. They have a high percentage of insured patients, ensuring you can work up and treat your patients effectively Role : Our client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team - Whether a confident recent graduate or with more experience, they are looking for a vet who is enthusiastic about delivering the best possible service to clients and patients. Hours : This is a full or part-time role with 1 in 3 Saturdays (opening hours 9-4) with no out-of-hours or bank holidays. Ideally, you would have some post-graduate experience and be confident in routine surgeries and consults. The successful candidate should always be looking to improve and develop their skills, they expect all of their veterinarians to practice evidence-based medicine to ensure clients receive the best care possible. With a SAS certificate holder, they keep the majority of surgical cases in-house so you will be able to build your skills in advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic surgical procedures. Salary : Competitive salary of up to £55,000 p/a dependent on experience 28 days holiday rising to 33 days following two years of service A day off for your birthday. CPD is encouraged and they offer a minimum of £1500 plus 5 paid days off to attend CPD. Certificates can be supported so have a chat with us Contributory pension scheme 6.5% employer and 2% employee. Up to £5000 relocation support for direct candidates Paid membership fees, RCVS VDS BVA Support with sponsorship Access to the reward hub which has colleague discounts and a 20% discount at practice.
