A life-changing opportunity for a 1yr qualified confident small animal vet to be part of a family-owned, friendly team of 5 vets and 5 nurses. Enjoy practicing from your own personalized consult room in possibly the most beautiful practice in the country. If you are great at making personal connections and passionate about pleasing customers and want to work where clients know their vets by name and expect to trust them for life, this is your dream job. The Role Details: 4 or 5 day week & ⅕ weekends. These can be flexible. No OOH, on-call or Bank Holidays 15min consults Be part of a family - they share truth, trust, and responsibility Own personalized consult room Beautiful reception area Supported training for clinical progression A fully equipped clinic including new digital DR x-ray, dental x-ray & ultrasound A Veterinary Nurse Training Centre Duties:

Case continuity GUARANTEED; they match all clients to ‘their’ vet meaning you remain responsible for the health of their pets for life. With complete clinical autonomy and the support of a dedicated team, their goal is delighting customers. Focus on diagnostic choices and affordability instead of sales targets. The salary for this role is between

£45,000 - £50,000

p/a depending on experience.
