About the Role: The role is based at a friendly, long-established practice on the Cambridgeshire-Hertfordshire border, complemented by shifts at the nearby Whittlesford branch. You will be part of a close-knit team, providing top-quality care to a loyal client base, with responsibilities including: Leading day-to-day veterinary work at the practice two days a week. Performing regular routine surgeries at Whittlesford. Collaborating with teams across practices for case support and input. Shaping the practice's future direction with input from senior leadership. Mentoring and leading a team, with tailored training and professional development provided. This role offers the perfect balance between autonomy and the security of being part of a larger, high-quality practice group. Hours and Rota: Full-time (36–42 hours per week). Flexible options for a 4- or 5-day week. Weekend rota available if desired. What’s on Offer? Salary:
