Pay Range: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum + uncapped bonus Job Description: Our Cambridge office is expanding, and we want you to be part of our journey! You'll be covering the Engineering and Manufacturing market across Cambridge and the surrounding area, handling temporary, permanent, and contract recruitment. Your Role: Energetic Business Development:

Make proactive calls to prospective clients and attend networking events to build long-term partnerships. Client Meetings:

Travel to meet clients, understand their unique needs, and offer bespoke recruitment solutions. Candidate Sourcing:

Use advertising, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match. Relationship Building:
