Job Description
I am a young lady living in Carsphairn, Dumfries and Galloway. I love all things animals, and I have my very own friendly Labrador at home. I am looking to recruit a Personal Assistant who is patient, sensitive to my needs, and has a good sense of humour to support me in getting out and about in the local community. Due to my physical disability, I struggle with mobility and normally use a manual wheelchair when outside my home. If I need to go any distance in it, I would require my personal assistant to push my wheelchair. Working Hours
The hours of work are 8 hours per week, possibly over 2 or 3 days, but this can be discussed. Due to my rural location, it is required that you have your own vehicle for work purposes. Mileage and travel can be discussed further at the interview stage. Compensation
The rate of pay is £12 per hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. Experience in care would be an advantage but is not essential. A suitable PVG is required. If you are interested, please use reference SCS104 when applying.
