What You’ll Do

Administrative Support: Coordinate and manage team and client meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action points. Manage the founder’s diary and organise team travel arrangements. Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, handling them professionally and efficiently. Manage emails, draft correspondence, and support with general office administration. Finance & HR Support: Work with the accountants to submit receipts, reconcile invoices, and manage team expenses. Sending weekly invoices and following up on late payments. Complete end-of-month financial reports and assist with reimbursements. Manage team holiday requests and collaborate with the remote HR team to develop company policies and maintain the internal Wiki. Events & Marketing Support: Organise team events, social activities, and client-facing meetings. Support marketing efforts, including preparing client proposals and responding to website leads. Contribute to social media content creation and campaign coordination. Experience & Skills

Experience:

2–3 years in a similar role (PA, Admin, or Office Support). Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), CRM tools, and social media platforms. Organisational Excellence:

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Communication Skills:

Clear, professional communicator with a client-facing mindset. Flexibility & Initiative:
