Personal Assistant / Administrator Start Date: ASAP Salary: £26,000-£35,000 per annum (depending on experience) If you have proven experience at effective social media management, this salary will be negotiable 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday Our client, a successful and growing business located in West Ealing, London, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Collect and manage fees from clients Assist with HR tasks, such as client file paperwork, records and scheduling appointments Manage the business pipeline and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner Answer and make phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary Arrange and coordinate meetings, both internally and with clients Maintain and update the company diary Any other ad-hoc duties for the needs of the business Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and must be articulate and well spoken Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and generally computer literate Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Remuneration: We offer a competitive salary of

£26,000 - £35,000
