Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
MS Office and English proficiency
In-depth knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence

Discretion and confidentiality

Comfort working with top-level managerial staff
Manage partner calendars to accurately assess availability
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assisting in resourcing requests and capacity management
Organize travel arrangements, booking travel, transport and accommodation
Respond accurately to internal and external information requests
Create and reformat effective presentations and documentation
Preparing for, participating in, and note-taking for a range of business meetings
Assist with special projects as required in a support capacity
Reminding the partner group of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence for meetings and appointments
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
