Personal Assistant - Care and Support Candidates must have a full driving license and access to a car. Brightening Lives has the privilege to work with some amazing individuals in the community who require support to access services and participate in activities that they enjoy. We are looking to recruit additional candidates for our complex Care Team who will be supporting young individuals with complex medical health needs. We seek engaging, compassionate, and reliable Personal Assistants to join our friendly team. As part of this role, you will be required to support with personal care needs, manual handling, and administering medication. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced support worker with similar skill sets. Experience with autism and epilepsy, including seizures and complex health skills, is essential. The ideal candidate will support individuals with complex medical health needs, encouraging and enabling them to develop and maintain their independence, make choices about their lives, and participate in community activities.
