Personal Assistant

About the Role: As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be pivotal in enabling our management team to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include: Managing diaries and scheduling meetings. Providing light inbox management and flagging key emails. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation. Preparing agendas, presentations, and other documents. Taking minutes, tracking, and following up on actions. Supporting strategy days, events, and key projects. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a Personal Assistant position. Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills. An understanding of a smaller, start up or scale up business would be ideal. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality.
