48 weeks/year, 30 hours/week, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities:
Working with one more adult (2:1 support) Engage him on daily learning, functional and independent living skills. Be confident with challenging behaviours Foster a positive and inclusive environment Collaborate with the team Monitor and report on the progress and development on the care app Requirements:
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, internet, emails) Proven experience (not for starters) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for making a difference in the lives of young people Ability to work flexible hours Enhanced DBS (must be registered to the updated system to keep your enhanced DBS updated every year) The right to work in the UK 2 references Benefits:
