heartbeat of the organisation , helping drive strategic priorities, managing critical relationships, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You’ll work closely with the Executive Team, Board members, and external stakeholders, all while contributing to exciting projects that make a real difference. What You’ll Do Be the CEO’s right hand: Manage schedules, prioritise tasks, and ensure every moment counts. Own the details: From preparing polished reports to coordinating meetings with senior leaders, you’ll handle it all. Collaborate on big ideas: Partner with the CEO on key projects that move the organisation forward. Build bridges: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, from internal teams to external partners. Stay ahead of the game: Proactively anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep everything on track. Who You Are You’re a proactive powerhouse who’s: Highly organised: You could plan a meeting for 50 people in your sleep and still make it seamless. Tech-savvy: You know your way around Microsoft Office, Teams, and can master any new tool in minutes. Discreet and professional: You handle sensitive information with care and exude credibility in every interaction. A people person: Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, and you build trust effortlessly. Calm under pressure: You thrive in fast-paced environments and solve challenges with ease. What You Bring Experience as a PA or EA supporting senior leadership. A proven track record of juggling priorities and smashing deadlines. Confidence working with Boards and senior teams.
