About the role We're looking for a super-organised, pro-active business support professional who has proven experience of managing a busy, ever-changing diary for a senior leader. Working alongside our CEO's executive assistant, you'll ensure our CEO is prepared and has everything they need to undertake their role. This includes the coordination of briefings, documentation, and meeting logistics to ensure a seamless service is provided to support our CEO. You'll also act as a key point of contact for our board of trustees, establishing yourself as their 'go-to' in the charity and ensuring an exceptional experience for our trustees as they undertake their responsibilities in relation to the charity. About you We're looking for someone who's committed to contributing to the impact that our CEO has on our charity by working as part of a small team to enable her to do her very best work. You'll be confident and comfortable working autonomously when needed with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and pushing back when required. You'll be skilled at building relationships across all levels, both internally and externally, and excited by the prospect of joining this team and really making the role your own. Primary location of role and hybrid working This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.
