The role Emanuel School is looking for an experienced administrator to provide dynamic administrative and management support to the Deputy Head: Academic (DHA). As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in support of the DHA, ensuring they can fulfil their duties by providing high quality PA support. This will include managing the DHA's diary, updating the academic calendar, and drafting correspondence, as well as preparing the DHA for meetings, visits, events and important dates. You will also provide administrative support to the Academic Senior Management team, Heads of Department, the Senior Deputy Head and other Deputy Heads when necessary. In addition to your PA responsibilities, you will also assist with the organisation and smooth running of all in-person and online parents’ evenings. About you You will be educated to degree level (or will possess the equivalent relevant experience) and will be proficient in the use of MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and Excel. You will also need previous experience within a Personal or Executive Assistant role, along with experience of minuting formal meetings and of organisation and management systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills will also be essential, in addition to a strong attention to detail and swift typing skills.
