Good time keeping and reliability are required. A car driver is essential as the personal assistant will have access to the employer’s car. Must have experience in manual handling, i.e., using a hoist, pushing a wheelchair. Experience of supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviour is desirable. Duties include – personal care, assistance with meals, moving/handling (hoist), full training provided, light household duties, social duties, assistance with medication. Ideally, we are looking for applicants with their own car and a full UK driving licence as shifts require 3 separate visits a day. She is looking for someone who can assist her with maintaining a high level of independence within and outside her home. Duties include: Assisting with personal care Preparation of meals/cooking Shopping and housework You will be joining a new team so applicants are required to have some flexibility to cover annual leave and staff absences when the need arises. Although some experience in the care sector would be beneficial, it is not essential. Applicants should be reliable with good timekeeping, trustworthy, and able to adhere to client confidentiality. Hours: 6 hours each Rate of pay: £14 per hour Personal assistants required for a fun-loving 8-year-old boy who enjoys visiting local parks, the beach, inflatables/trampolines, and cinema. Looking for two personal assistants to work together to provide 2:1 support for him to access activities whilst keeping him safe.
