Personal Assistant to Directors within BCP Council We are looking for Personal Assistants or strong administrators to join our Executive Support Hub. This is an exciting opportunity for strong administrators, with experience of supporting at a senior management level to join our Service.

The roles are based at BCP Civic Offices with some opportunity to work from home. These are busy and interesting roles working with the Lead Directors within our Operations directorate and Children’s Services. If you are highly motivated and proactive, one of these roles may be for you. The duties include robust diary management, forward planning of meetings, minute-taking, and some project support. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills, as well as an ability to support Director(s) in monitoring performance and tasks within the Service.

We are looking for staff who can work well under pressure and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be required to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
