Monday 10th February 2025 We are looking to appoint a Personal Care Assistant to provide high quality, supportive and effective care to children within our Nursery until the end of this academic year. This role is dependent upon the school receiving continued funding and the allocated children remaining on the roll at the school. Alderman Pounder is a two-form entry infant and nursery school situated in Beeston/Chilwell, Nottinghamshire. Your core duties will be: Supporting the teacher and teaching assistant with the educational support of children. Attending to the pupils’ personal needs and implement related personal programmes, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first aid and welfare matters. Encouraging and supporting children to interact and engage in activities. Supervising children and keeping them safe. This role is fixed term until 31.08.2025 and the hours of work are as follows: Monday 8:45-3:30 Tuesday to Thursday 8:45-2:30 Friday 8:45-2:00 Early application is strongly encouraged as we reserve the right to close the advert ahead of the closing date.
