A 57-year-old male with MS, who has an outgoing personality and interests in music, quizzes, and general comedy. He enjoys walks, audio-books (or someone reading to him), and loves animals. The household includes a small, friendly, hypoallergenic dog and a cat. Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care needs. Provide mobility assistance using electric and manual wheelchairs. Support with transfers using a hoist (training provided). Communicate effectively to provide stimulation, as the client is non-verbal but fully mentally competent. Requirements:
Patience and clear communication skills. Hoist experience is advantageous but not essential.
