Job Reference (ce2a8) I am a young lady that enjoys socialising with my friends and accessing the community. I have a mild learning disability and Autism which affects my understanding. I live a very independent life in an adapted part of the family home. I have Prader Willi Syndrome and I need supervision around meal portions. I currently have one PA that supports me daily but i am looking to employ a PA to collect me from my daily activity and return me to my home. I will then need support to transport me to my evening activity, this could be a local fitness class or a monthly local nightclub. On return to my home i will need support for personal care (prompt only).The post is for 5 hours a weekSupervision will be given as well as training to suit my needs.There is the possibility to cover annual leave for other PAs.
