Do you have the qualities to support a friendly, warm, bubbly, shy but determined teenage girl, to build her confidence in speaking and fostering friendships in the community? If you think you are patient, caring, fun, have experience of and are able to bring out the best in young people, then please apply for this role. With a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, some level of learning disabilities and sensory issues, this young lady’s interests include cooking, craft activities, Anime books, Korean pop music and dance routines. Due to some occasional personal care, this position is for a female worker only, someone who can respond as a peer rather than a teacher or parent but still maintain safety guidelines and boundaries. If you can facilitate independence and ownership of good choices, you would be ideal for the role. Rate of Pay:
£13.09 per hour Hours Breakdown:
4 hours per week (term-time) and 6 hours per week (school holidays) 4 x hours per week x 39 weeks per year 6 x hours per week x 13 weeks per year
