This position is for a personal assistant for a young lady who has learning disabilities and can present challenging behaviours at times.
The position is for a full-time Personal Assistant. You need to be flexible; shifts are 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm.
You will be working on a one-to-one basis. There are two ladies who live in the house; therefore, two members of staff are on at all times. A driver is a requirement as a car is available for use; the car is automatic. Personal care is required, and an enhanced DBS is necessary. A female PA is preferred.
There are already seven staff working at the house on a rota basis. The pay rate is £13.00 per hour, and you will accrue annual leave based on the hours worked. Shadow shifts will be provided. Please contact me for more details.
