Part-time (temp) PA required for a lady with MND who needs assistance with personal care and tasks such as managing medication and caring for equipment. You will primarily assist by being the client's ‘hands’, organizing activities she can no longer do. The role is varied, reflecting her wide interests, including writing, family history, and a love of birds and the outdoors. The client uses a power wheelchair and has all necessary equipment, maintaining a level of independence. The applicant may need their own transport due to the rural location, although it is accessible by bus from Morpeth. The hours and days can be adjusted to fit the applicant's personal circumstances, with a preference for 3 hours per day, though other arrangements will be considered.
