Our son is a friendly, happy 15-year-old who loves to greet people that he meets. He enjoys dancing, watching YouTube and movies – especially Pixar films, animals (particularly zoo animals), and cars.
You will be supporting our son with the introduction of new activities and social engagements, such as swimming trips to the Tim Lamb Centre and visits to local shops.
You must be a kind and caring individual who demonstrates a person-centered approach in your thinking.
Building a bond with our son is essential to understand how best to support and communicate with him. He would benefit from someone who is calm and has experience working with children.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential. A driver with access to a car is also desirable.
At the time of starting their employment, the successful candidate must have permission to work in the U.K.
