Our Care Assistants are valued for their personal skills and individuality and matched with clients who they will be able to build rapport with and enjoy work on a daily basis.
Tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.
Administering medication as prescribed.
Maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Providing personal care, such as washing, bathing, dressing, and continence care.
Requirements
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
A compassionate and caring nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
Excellent rates of pay ranging from £13.25-£14.25
Mileage allowance and paid travel time between clients
Full or part-time hours available
Double pay on bank holidays
Consistent and regular clients - minimum one-hour visits
Ongoing training and development opportunities
