Hourly PA / Carer / Support worker to support Young Man at home in Stoke-on-Trent
We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our team in supporting a 21-year-old wheelchair user with Muscular Dystrophy. This role involves assisting him both at home and while he's at work, so a degree of flexibility is required.
