PERSONAL ASSISTANT
We require a caring and responsible individual to act as a personal assistant for a young person with additional support needs.
The successful candidate will be required to provide flexible support based on the evolving needs of the adolescent, including activities designed to promote social involvement.
Support will be situated both inside and outside the home.
Previous experience of working within a similar role or care environment is essential, as is a willingness to learn and adapt within the role.
Successful candidates must be part of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) or willing to apply. Costs will be met by the employer.
Job Details:
8 hours per week
Days and times to be negotiated
Plus an additional 4 hours per week for 13 weeks of school holidays
Rate per hour: £15.50
