Axcis Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate staff member to join a specialist provision in Hillingdon. The successful candidate will be supporting learners aged 8 years + with additional needs. The role will involve working with a student who requires support with challenging behaviour and personal care. Experience within care work or working with individuals with additional needs is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to learners with complex needs
Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
About You:
Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour and/or personal care is essential
A child and adult DBS registered on the Update Service is required
Be available for work 5 days a week – Monday to Friday. Part-time candidates will not be considered for this role.
Strong English verbal communication skills
