Part time 14.8 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time) £30,138 per annum (£10,635 per annum pro rata) For this academic year the vacancy will be for Mondays and Tuesdays. This is subject to change from September. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is seeking to provide personal development support to students working within Health, Social Care and Childcare. As a Personal Development Coach, you will be required to facilitate group personal development tutorial sessions following the college Personal Development plan and resources. You will also hold 1-1 sessions with students focused around their progress on the programme of study, set targets and undertake action planning etc. You will work closely with our Personal Development Lead and other personal development coaches to provide a consistent tutorial programme whilst also liaising closely with teaching staff to ensure you have access to all relevant information required to make tutorials meaningful and have impact on students' ongoing performance. Minimum Requirements: Applicants should have a relevant level 4+ qualification e.g., a degree or equivalent and/or a youth work qualification and recent experience of working with young people aged 14-19.
