29.6 hours per week over 40 weeks per year (term time) £30,138 per annum (£26,587 actual term time) We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are seeking to provide personal development support to students within our Technical Curriculum teams. As a Personal Development Coach, you will be required to facilitate group personal development tutorial sessions following the college Personal Development plan and resources. You will also hold 1-1 sessions with students focused on their progress on the programme of study, set targets, and undertake action planning. You will work closely with our Personal Development Lead and other personal development coaches to provide a consistent tutorial programme while also liaising closely with teaching staff to ensure you have access to all relevant information required to make tutorials meaningful and impactful on students' ongoing performance. Minimum Requirements: Applicants should have a relevant level 4+ qualification e.g., a degree or equivalent and/or a youth work qualification and recent experience of working with young people aged 14-19.
