Full-time, Permanent We are seeking a Personal Development Manager to lead our student personal development teams, ensuring the delivery of excellent services that contribute to successful student progression and post-college destinations. This role involves managing various aspects of personal development provisions and requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills. Day-to-day of the role:

Lead the creation and development of the annual Personal Development Calendar and Digital Tutorial content in collaboration with relevant teams. Develop training for Tutors on personal development topics and contribute to the Student Induction Programme. Assess student views on personal development education and lead the development of online resources that support learning and personal development. Manage cross-college projects and events, including the College Freshers’ Fair and student-led enterprise projects. Oversee the Students’ Union Executives and manage the Personal Development Coaches and Learning Resource Centre teams. Ensure all personal development activities are impactful and engage students effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications:

A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field and evidence of continuous professional development. Qualified to minimum Level 2 standard in English and Maths with a good basic knowledge of IT packages. Proven experience in managing personal development programs within an educational setting and leading teams. Experience in developing and delivering training programmes and coordinating student enrichment activities. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential. Proficiency in using IT and eLearning tools, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Benefits:
