Personal Development Manager

on behalf of a client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage teams delivering exceptional personal development services, enriching the student experience, and ensuring successful progression and post-education destinations. Responsibilities: Lead teams focused on student personal development, enrichment, and pastoral support. Develop and manage centralised Personal Development initiatives, including Digital Tutorials, Student Voice, and the Personal Development Portfolio. Organise and deliver cross-campus activities such as the Freshers Fair, enrichment programs, and enterprise projects. Provide leadership for the Learning Resource Centres, ensuring resources meet student needs. Oversee the annual Personal Development Calendar and training for staff delivering related content. Work collaboratively across departments to improve student engagement and assess program impact. Manage a team of Personal Development Coaches, Enrichment Officers, and other support staff. Work across two local college campuses in Huntingdon and Cambridge, ensuring consistent service delivery and student support at both sites. Requirements: A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, and/or a teaching or coaching qualification in education. Proven experience managing personal development programs in an educational setting. Strong leadership and team management experience. Expertise in training delivery and coordinating student enrichment and voice initiatives. Proficiency in IT tools, including eLearning platforms. Excellent communication, organisational, and strategic planning skills. Desirable Skills: Safeguarding training. Experience managing Learning Resource Centres. Ability to manage budgets and assess program effectiveness. Key Details Annual Leave:
