Competitive, dependent on experience Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Tradewind Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Personal Development Teacher to join a fantastic SEND Secondary school in Litherland. The role is full-time, and you will work with students primarily with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing essential support to develop their social, emotional, and personal skills. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Personal Development (PSHE) to secondary school students with ASD. Support students in building life skills, self-confidence, and emotional resilience. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages personal growth. Work closely with the school's SEND team to ensure student's individual needs are met. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with parents and external agencies to support students' development. The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with students with SEND, particularly ASD. Strong understanding of personal development and PSHE curriculum delivery. Passion for supporting children with complex needs to achieve their full potential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
