My client, a regional law firm, is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their growing team in Coventry.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload that will consist of high-value multi-track claims, some valued in excess of £1 million. You will be working alongside some highly experienced specialist lawyers as well as having the opportunity to lend your experience to the junior members of the team.
Every fee earner will work with their own dedicated secretary to ensure the smoothest progression of your files. There is also a policy of the Partners not acquiring the high-value files; files are handed out equally, giving all solicitors the opportunity to run high-value files in their own name, with other team members able to assist where necessary.
The ideal candidate will come from a claimant background, with experience running their own high-value, litigated personal injury caseload.
Salary will be £65,000 DOE, plus a generous bonus scheme of 20% of all fees over target, holidays equalling 35 days including bank holidays, and 2 days WFH per week.
