A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client on a permanent full-time basis as a Personal Injury Fee Earner in their offices in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
My client is an expert and a highly regarded firm dealing with financial compensation claims for hearing loss, industrial disease, medical negligence, professional negligence, injuries at work, housing disrepair, Japanese knotweed, and protective award.
They are looking for a candidate to join their friendly Road Traffic Accident department.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:
Industrial Disease knowledge and experience in litigation
Complete case handler mindful of statutory legislation, CPR, and relevant case law
Ability to keep calm and deliver results in a performance-driven environment
Ability to work to tight deadlines, effective organization, and time management skills
Ability to deliver excellent legal advice while maintaining client care standards
Working knowledge of compliance issues, relevant codes of conduct, and accounts rules
Ability to work in a team
Proven billing record
Good IT skills
Excellent communication skills
