We're excited to present this fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a highly respected legal firm, based in Runcorn Cheshire. My client is committed to providing a supportive and friendly work environment, with a clear pathway for progression within the firm. This, coupled with an excellent work-life balance supported by flexible remote working arrangements and a manageable caseload of less than 100 cases, makes it a standout opportunity in the current market. You will be managing a mixed caseload of RTA and EL PL Matters from cradle to grave including costs. You will be joining a busy fast-track department so experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision is essential. You will have the opportunity to work on a quality and manageable caseload and it's a massive opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses. Additionally, you will receive 25 days holiday (in addition to bank holidays), free parking at the office, flexible working + xmas closure. The ideal candidate will be an experienced fee earner (either defendant or claimant) competent in handling cases from cradle to grave, ideally in RTA and ELPL although in either will be considered.
