Key responsibilities Adhere to Pre and Post Litigation Procedures : Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures throughout the life of a claim, aiming for effective and economical case conclusions. Claims Validation : Cross-check claims details to ensure they align with our records. Underwriting Scrutiny : Vigilantly identify and refer any questionable underwriting for further review. Establish Loss Circumstances : Clearly ascertain the circumstances surrounding any loss and conduct appropriate liability enquiries. Validate Accounts and Authorize Payments : Confirm the accuracy of accounts and fee notes before authorizing payments. Maintain Accurate Estimates : Keep precise estimates updated throughout the life of the claim, adjusting where necessary. Skills and experience Legal Environment Experience:
